Work was performed as asked. I usually get a sticker on my windshield to let me know when it’s time to come back, but I did not get one this time. I usually get my maintenance reset but I didn’t get that this time. What I did get was a lot of attempts to upsell me on other things. Overall, it was a decent experience.

This experience I had with Mindy Richard @ Walker Toyota is the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I won’t say that she is just a salesperson because SHE IS NOT the average! I told my brother I was looking for a new car. He had met Mindy at another dealership and didn’t find what he wanted, however, she kept his contact information and when she had something she thought he would be interested in, she called him. She had moved to Walker Toyota where the inventory is massive on both new and used cars! So… he kept her contact information. A month later when I mentioned to him I was looking to buy, he put me in touch with her. He said “Sister, she’s going to take care of you.. call her”. Well, I took his advice and called Mindy. Introduced myself to her and was in her office within 45 minutes seriously searching for a car to buy. From the minute I got on the lot, Mindy was waiting on me. (You know you don’t like being rushed by someone when you get on those lots) She calmed my nerves immediately. Before showing me anything, she made sure of what I was able to get instead of me reaching for the sky and ending with a raindrop. So..credit was ran and off to the races. She pulled all of the cars that were in my price range and I found exactly what I had been searching for at other lots. The car had just been traded in and was in the process of being detailed. We started our paperwork and within a few minutes my brother comes in and has found a car on the lot that he is crazy about. I don’t know how she did it but, within a few hours, we both come out of Walker Toyota in our cars. Mindy even took the time to scrub on the seats herself. Never once did I wonder, what’s going on, where we were at with the loan process or how much longer it would be. She kept me informed, kept my brother informed and kept it together. All while being beautiful!! She is amazing. She is a go-getter. She is confident in Walker and the team at Walker. She will work for you and go 2 extra miles for you. Whenever I get ready to buy another car, I will call Mindy again. If you are looking for a car to buy, call Mindy. She will get you what you are looking for or help you find it! I give Walker a 5 star rating because my experience was like no other I’ve ever had!!

I knew I wanted a Toyota but wasn’t sure of what I wanted exactly. I looked at the Corolla Cross and was almost sold on wanting that particular model until a brand new RAV4 pulled up on the lot. I was spellbound by the color and design of this model. Mindy Richard was my salesman and took her time to allow me to test drive whatever I wanted on the lot. When we test drove the RAV4, my mind was made up! I purchased a 2026 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid LE, with the beautiful color called CLOUD STORM. Mindy set all my apps up for me and installed my weather tech mats as well. She was attentive without being persuasive, she wanted me to be a satisfied customer. Torre Price explained everything that needed to be done to my 2012 Tundra and she is more than very helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure I’m satisfied. The mechanic Josh Jensen was very prompt with the work done and is very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the outcome!

We had a great experience getting our vehicle. Monique Veal made sure we were taken care of properly and in a timely manner . I have to say the experience with her was very thorough and straight forward. This was the the very first time we had purchased a vehicle from a dealership without having to sit there for hours, waiting to sign papers and get out of the places, and there were many In our lifetime.

I drove down from Pennsylvania last week for a long needed vacation. Well... I could see my water pump on my Avalon was going out. I took it over to Walker Toyota and man....Cliff Wood, and technician Matthew Taylor absolutely saved the day and my vacation. Especially my return back to Pennsylvania. They do great work, but sometimes their math does not math right. IE if you pay the inspection fee, and then order the parts and have them installed, the inspection fee you paid is ignored.
