They do great work, but sometimes their math does not math right. IE if you pay the inspection fee, and then order the parts and have them installed, the inspection fee you paid is ignored.

Had to get the 5,000 mile maintenance on my 2026 Toyota Tacoma SR5. We waited in the lobby while they completed the service. After about 20 minutes, I noticed my truck was already parked outside the service center, but no one came to let us know it was ready. I waited another 10 minutes before going to ask, and they already had the paperwork ready. That’s the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with. The truck buying experience was great, and the first maintenance visit was still a good experience overall.

I’ve never met a friendlier staff. I have good luck at Toyota all the time, but for my first time visiting, I felt like I had known this crew in Service my whole life! Also… nice coffee station!

When I 1st walked into Walker Toyota to see Ms. Charlene G., I was shopping for a cheap used car. I told her what I was working with, how bad my credit was, what I could afford. She took me outside and showed me a brand new car, with NO miles on it!! Told me to take it for a test drive. I told her no! I didn't want to get my hopes up and fall in love with something I just knew I wouldn't qualify for! She insisted, told me to trust her, and handed me the keys.. we turned a few corners and I thoroughly enjoyed how smooth the ride was (although I tried my best to hide it)! 😍 She asked me if I liked it and of course I did, who wouldn't -- it's a BRAND NEW CAR!! I've never had a new car before! When we got back inside, I tried to hand her the keys back, and she refused to take them. Told me she doesn't hold "other people's keys". While I was skeptical, she was confident! Even though her team was still working the numbers, trying to get me the best deal possible, I'm sitting there waiting for her to come tell me, I didn't qualify and there was nothing she could do.
